Online Basket Raffle
You can purchase Basket Raffle tickets online until the end of the day on Monday April 7.
After April 7, you can still purchase Basket Raffle tickets in-person at the event on April 10.
NOTE: our online order form accepts payments by credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
If you win a prize and you are not able to attend the event in person, we will contact you by phone or email to arrange pick-up of your prize!
Tickets
Tickets for our in-person event can be purchased online here. If you would prefer to purchase a ticket offline and pay by check, please email Karen Nawn-Fahey: knawnfahey@gmail.com
Please purchase your tickets ahead of time!
There will be two seatings: 4:45pm and 6:15pm. Make sure your ticket matches the seating you plan to attend!
Event Details
Location: Rutland High School Cafeteria (22 Stratton Road)
Parking: Please use the parking area nearest the cafeteria.
You will be admitted to the cafeteria at 4:45pm or 6:15pm based on your ticket.
You will choose your bowl and proceed to the soup service lines. Volunteers will be circulating with dinner rolls.
Dessert and coffee service will be available at a separate table.
Silent Auction: items listed in the Silent Auction will be available for bidding during the specified seating.
Basket Raffle: you can purchase additional basket raffle tickets during your seating.
Donations
Cash donations or donations by check are always welcome during your seating.
If you would like to make a donation by credit or debit card, please do so using the donation form on the website before the end of the day on April 7.
